Sessions & Booking:

Sessions with KR Vocal coaching predominantly take place either at the teachers work base or online via zoom. If discussed prior to booking, sessions can take place in the clients’ home, but there is an additional travel cost on top of the session fee. (Please see contact for further information).

Online Lessons:

​

While face to face is always great, Zoom does work effectively for sessions and a link will be sent prior to the session occurring. For online sessions, I would definitely encourage using a laptop/ pc, as you can set the ‘sound for musicians’ setting up, to ensure the delay in sound is reduced and picks up much more clearly.

​

Connectivity issues and online Lessons:

Please ensure you have a stable internet connection before agreeing to online lessons as we cannot take responsibility for any connectivity issues on your end, if your internet / wifi goes down during a session we will try to reschedule where possible if scheduling allows, but cannot guarantee a replacement time slot. If there are any connectivity issues on our end the remaining time of your session will be rescheduled or added to a future booking.

Lesson Booking:

Booking can be done via the website contact form, email or over the phone, for a time that suits both parties. Usually a singer will hold a specific weekly time slot, in the case of holidays or important diary conflicts this can be rescheduled with advanced notice.

Payment:

​

KR Vocal Coaching offers 30 minute sessions and 60 minute sessions in person and online.

​

Payment is required at time of session. This can be cash or bank transfer, whichever has been discussed and agreed on. Bank details can be provided upon request. 

​

For block bookings, payment is required in advance. 

​

Session Cancellation Fees:

​

KR Vocal Coaching has a cancellation policy of 48 hours prior to the session. 

​

If, for any reason the client cancels the session within the 48 hour window, the session fee is still liable to be paid in full.  

​

If availability allows, it may be possible to reschedule your cancelled session for later in the same week, to avoid losing lesson fee under our short notice cancellation policy. If, however, rescheduling is NOT possible, then the full session payment will still need to be paid. 

​

If KR Vocal Coaching is unable to fulfil a session time, or needs to reschedule then, this will be communicated and no payment will be required. If you have paid in advance, then your payment will roll over to cover the next session. 

​

Gift Vouchers:

​

Gift Vouchers are available to purchase, Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from purchase.

​

Block Purchases :

​

Lessons can be purchased in blocks of 4 or more, and will include a discount for block booking. Please contact us to confirm our current promotions. 

​

Termination of lessons

​

If either parties feel like we are no longer a good fit, there is no minimum termination period. However if the session is cancelled within the 48 Hour cancellation period then payment will still be liable.
